Trial Experience

  • Medical Malpractice: participated in voir dire and conducted examination of plaintiff in a week-long jury trial
  • Medical Malpractice: secured a 4.23 million dollar verdict against defendant doctor and practice group following a nineday jury trial, actively participated in voir dire, conducted examinations of both expert and fact witnesses
  • Criminal Defense: participated in voir dire, conducted examinations and cross-examinations of fact witnesses
  • Civil Rights: participated in a two-day federal bench trial which overturned state legislation
  • Civil Rights: secured a verdict against a warden and state prison following a bifurcated federal jury and bench trial
  • Represented clients in wide range of complex litigation matters, from case assessment and discovery to trial and post-trial motions
  • Collaborated with senior attorneys, drafted and reviewed pleadings, motions, discovery and contributed to the development of legal arguments that led to favorable settlements and trial outcomes
